NutriVouch

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

Overview

NutriVouch is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our platform. NutriVouch does not require user accounts and is designed to operate with minimal data collection.

Information We Collect

NutriVouch does not require registration or user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information directly from users.

We automatically collect limited technical data when you visit the platform, including: IP address (anonymized for analytics), browser type and version, device type and screen resolution, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, and preferred language settings.

Cookies

NutriVouch uses a minimal set of cookies to ensure proper functionality. Essential cookies are used for language preference (locale) and basic site functionality. Analytics cookies may be used to understand aggregate usage patterns — these do not track individual users across sites.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality, such as language selection.

IP-Based Geolocation

NutriVouch uses IP-based geolocation to power the Seasonal Dashboard feature, which provides region-relevant supplement information (e.g., Vitamin D recommendations during winter months in your geographic area). This geolocation is approximate (country/region level only) and is not used to identify individual users.

IP addresses used for geolocation are not stored in a personally identifiable form. The geolocation lookup is performed in real-time and the IP address is not retained after the session.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how visitors use NutriVouch in aggregate. Analytics data is used to improve the platform, understand popular content, and optimize performance.

Analytics data is collected in anonymized or aggregated form and cannot be used to identify individual users. We do not sell, share, or transfer analytics data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

GDPR Compliance (European Economic Area)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we may hold; the right to restrict or object to processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Our legal basis for processing data is legitimate interest (operating and improving the platform) and, where applicable, your consent (for non-essential cookies). Since NutriVouch collects minimal personal data and does not require accounts, most GDPR rights are addressed by design.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

CCPA Compliance (California)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). NutriVouch does not sell personal information to third parties. You have the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a request under the CCPA, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

Data Retention

Since NutriVouch does not collect personally identifiable information through user accounts, there is minimal personal data to retain. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis. Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

NutriVouch may use third-party services for hosting, content delivery, and analytics. These services may have their own privacy policies. We select third-party providers that demonstrate commitment to data privacy and GDPR/CCPA compliance.

Children's Privacy

NutriVouch is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
